What Bad Breath Cures Are There?

Uncategorized No Comments »

People with chronic and breath face a life of constant struggle to be accepted into society in the way that they would wish.  The complaint can be traumatic — changing the way a person lives their life.

Very often when people become aware of their disability they overcompensate with respect to oral hygiene, hoping that a clean fresh mouth will equate to a clean fresh breath.  Unfortunately in many cases, the offensive breath is not the result of an unclean mouth but other physical processes that are taking place in the stomach.

That is why many bad breath cures are ineffective — they are targeting the wrong area.  During the digestive process the stomach reduces odors which can be carried by the bloodstream to the lungs where they foul the breath.

So in the event that you have determined that your bad breath is being produced by your digestive tract the best course of action open to you is to consult with your doctor.  It may be that you are wrong! There are some illnesses and diseases which can cause bad breath too.

But if you are cleared by your dentist and doctor itis almost certain that your problem can be traced to the food and drink that you partake, and you will need to spend some time in the process of trial and error to determine which foods and all drinks are causing your embarrassment.

This will not be achieved overnight and a supplemental option can be a great help at this time. There are some commercial products that do quite a good job in this respect and a highly regarded.

Do Internal Bad Breath Solutions Really Work?

Uncategorized No Comments »

No one really likes to talk about bad breath, which is one of the reasons why it is such a difficult problem to handle.  Because we don’t always know that we have halitosis we don’t search for bad breath solutions that work.  And commonly when we do find out that we possess this embarrassing problem we tend to freak out, not knowing quite what to do.

There are a great number of solutions to bad breath and you’ve probably heard most of them.  Brushing and flossing your teeth is not only the most common remedy but also the most effective–provided it is done properly.  Adequate oral hygiene will most certainly mitigate against the build-up of plaque, the number one enemy of tooth enamel and gums.

Television commercials over the years have lauded the value of mouthwashes, claiming that they will destroy the harmful bacteria in your mouth.  What they don’t point out is that they also destroy beneficial bacteria — and that isn’t very helpful.

Whilst bad breath can be derived from the mouth, it’s most common source is gases which are produced from food being digested in the stomach.  These gases flow into the bloodstream and are taken to the lungs where they produce a tainted breath.

So to answer the question: do in total bad breath solutions really work?  The answer is yes — many do.  Unfortunately many more do not.

Those that do are well worth considering. Favor manufacturers who enjoy a high rating from Better Business Bureau and who offer a full refund of the purchase price if you are dissatisfied with the product.

Ear Wax Remedy: Baby Oil?

Uncategorized No Comments »

My little boy was roughly three years old when I had to start shopping for an ear wax remedy. I had already tried a number of different techniques on him. It had gotten to the point that he ran to try and escape every time I was walking out of the room with a bulb syringe.

He didn’t really comprehend that I didn’t want to hurt him or make him uncomfortable. It didn’t even matter that his ears were clear, he could hear much better and was even in a better mood once we were finished. It had gotten to the point, however, where neither one of us could stand the whole treatment.

Still at three years of age, he had a intense mind of his own and did not want to undergo anymore ear wax remedy treatments from me – no matter what. I had even exhausted my bribery attempts of ice cream, candy and other prizes as he quickly caught on that mom would only go so far to satisfy his wants.

The day I discovered the power of baby oil changed this dynamic forever. I was one of those moms that didn’t really see the need for baby oil. After all, he was very soft and squishy already as a baby – what benefit would the oil provide? In my shortsighted ways, I did not use the oil I received at a baby shower and instead put in the back of a closet.

At one point in my frustration with our ear wax remedy, I had heard that baby oil could help in maintaining healthy levels of ear wax within the ear and I remembered that bottle in the closet. I had nothing to lose. After keeping the bottle in a warm bucket of water for a few minutes to warm the oil, I put a couple drops in my son’s ear – as he was pinned between my knees to keep him quiet.

What happened next seemed nearly miraculous. His squirming stopped and he seemed to relax as the oil worked its power. As it started to seep out of his ear, I started to clean it with a cotton ball and out came some wax along with it. I was so excited, I almost forgot my son’s head was still on my lap. Granted, not all the wax came out so quickly, but it was a good start.

I still needed the bulb syringe to get rid of the wax, but my son seemed to actually tolerate the experience. Who knew we could turn such a stressful situation into a positive successful process with something so simple – and yet, so powerful. If you are seeking an ear wax remedy you may still already have, check your bathroom cabinet for the baby oil.

What to Look for in a Bad Breath Remedy

Uncategorized No Comments »

Finding a bad breath remedy that works for you is not something that is easy to do, simply because most people are not inclined to discuss the matter.  And so we are thrust back upon our own resources.

If you do have halitosis, you most likely discovered it because you’ve noticed the unusual body language of people you’re with. Maybe they ensure their personal space is much larger than usual; or maybe your significant other tends to avoid kissing you or wanting to be kissed by you.

Should you be searching for a bad breath remedy be advised that there basically are two distinct types: those that relate to the mouth and those that relate to the body. The former– brushing, flossing, mouth-washing, gum-chewing, and mint-eating off–are all designed to sanitize your mouth.  Consulting your dentist too, is in reality, a remedy– gum disease and dental decay are primary causes of bad breath.

Unfortunately the second type of bad breath — that which emanates from stomach, is the more difficult to deal with.  This causation definitely calls for a consultation with your doctor, because such things as wrong diet and more serious medical conditions can give rise to a foul breath.

Be advised however that there some very effective medications derived from natural ingredients that have proven to be very effective in eliminating halitosis, and they are  worth looking into; especially if the manufacturer has a high rating with the Better Business Bureau and offers a credible money-back guarantee.

Can You Cure Bad Breath?

Uncategorized No Comments »

Have you are asked yourself: can you cure bad breath?  And then gone on to search the Internet for means of eliminating your problem?  Probably.  Most people do.  They find it difficult to discuss the matter with other people.

It’s certainly fortunate to have the Internet to pursue this kind of personal research.  We can also use the Internet to purchase products with which we can treat problems such as halitosis.  The first thing though, is to understand the probable cause of our bad breath, because it needs to be treated on one of two fronts:

The first front is to be absolutely certain that your oral hygiene is truly effective; the next, to consult with your dentist and eliminate any possibility of gum disease or dental caries.  If these things are done you can rest assured that the problem does not stem from your mouth.

The second front, surprisingly, is your stomach. Odors from your stomach contents are prevented from escaping back to your mouth via the esophagus because of a little one way valve where the esophagus joins the stomach that prevents that from occurring.  However those same odors can be transferred by the bloodstream to the lungs where they will most certainly taint the breath.

If  this is the cause of your bad breath you will need to apply yourself to some research, coupled with trial and error, to identify the food and/or drink that is causing your embarrassment.

Uncategorized No Comments »

allonAn amazingly large segment of adult Americans suffer the embarrassment of halitosis and have done since their teenage years.  When they eventually become aware of their problem they begin searching for means to eradicate the cause of their plight and in doing so discover the bad breath home remedies that permeate the Web.  Quite naturally they question their efficacy.

A large proportion of these remedies are based upon the complete sanitization of the mouth or using medications that are meant to neutralize odors in the stomach.  This last is an important point because most of the people who suffer from bad breath are not guilty of ineffective oral hygiene.  Their problem is actually originating in the stomach, and so any bad breath home remedies that they may use that rely on appropriate diet are heading in the right direction.

It is beyond argument that regular visits to your dentist combined with affective oral hygiene will lessen the chance of bad breath, but there is still a great number of people who, whilst observing close attention to these two facets are still, nevertheless, the victims of halitosis.

I am often asked if there are any home medications that will mitigate against stomach-gas-induced bad breath — unfortunately my answer is always that I have not found any, in spite of extensive research.  However there are a number of commercial medications that are highly regarded and they definitely deserve close attention especially if they are of good report with the Better Business Bureau and provide credible money-back guarantees.

Bad Breath Natural Remedy: Is There One?

Uncategorized No Comments »

People can offer react rather angrily when told that they have an offensive breath. This is understandable because it’s a time when the truth really does hurt.  And so they often deny their condition, seeking for some justification for what they’ve been told: perhaps their well-intentioned friend was joking?  But eventually reality wins the day and they recognize that they do have a problem and start looking for a bad breath natural remedy.

And they often discover that even though they may brush and floss several times a day, the problem just doesn’t go away.  Generally this is because ineffective dental hygiene isn’t necessarily the cause.  Almost invariably, the condition is not related to the mouth at all!

Probably the oldest bad breath natural remedy is to clean the teeth with baking soda.  Baking soda is a traditional domestic general-purpose cleaner and it was once quite commonly used as a means of cleaning teeth.  It may have done more harm than good however because it is believed to be injurious to tooth enamel.

The fact is that some people have an offensive breath in spite of utilizing the most effective teeth cleaning program simply because the fetid breath is actually coming from the lungs.  How so?  Well sometimes foul air inside your stomach can be released into the blood stream which carries it to the lungs where it permeates the breath.

If you have a halitosis problem and are sure that the cause is not ineffective dental hygiene or a disorder such as periodontitis your wisest course is to consult your doctor.

Do You Have Chronic Bad Breath?

Uncategorized No Comments »

Do You Have Chronic Bad Breath?

Chronic bad breath is not the sort of thing that, if we have it, we can expect people to tell us about.  It is a good friend indeed who can muster the courage to warn us of the fact that our breath is offensive.

On the other hand we also find it very difficult to ask somebody if we are giving offence.  It just isn’t the sort of thing is easy to do.

But one way or the other, if we are cursed with this malady, we eventually find out about it and are then faced with the question: what to do?

Chronic bad breath is a condition that is traditionally treated orally in the first instance.  Treatment is usually self-generated and consists of a frenzy of teeth cleaning and flossing followed by the multi-daily mouthwashes and continuous gum chewing.

If that doesn’t have the desired effect, the next step usually  is to visit the dentist to have a check on our teeth and gums so as to rule out the possibility of the odor arising from those places.

What is not generally recognized is that halitosis can actually be caused by the food we eat simply because some foods or combinations of foods can generate offensive gases in the stomach which can then be transmitted to the bloodstream and carried to the lungs thus causing the offensive breath.

Establishing what food or foods can cause this problem in individual cases can be a very long drawn-out affair and a supplementary aid may be indicated.  Such a supplement is Clorial, which manages oral hygiene from the inside out, Progressive Health’s potent halitosis formula helps to combat your problem safely and effectively.  Click here to seehow Clorial can help you — fast!

How to Cure Bad Breath: Simple Solutions

Uncategorized No Comments »
How to Cure Bad Breath: Simple Solutions (BNet)
Discovering how to cure bad breath is simply a matter of understanding what causes bad breath and applying appropriate solutions.  The most common causes of bad breath are simple and respond to simple solutions.
Poor oral hygiene is the most common cause of bad breath.  It leads to a rapid buildup of plaque on the teeth thus generating acids and gases.  This makes the breath offensive and also promotes caries and periodontal disease.
Learning how to cure bad breath in these circumstances is not a difficult.  Just make sure that you thoroughly clean your teeth after every meal and before retiring.  Don’t forget that plaque starts to form on your teeth within minutes of your cleaning them.  The longer they go un-cleaned the more the plaque will build up and the more your breath will offend.
People do suffer from halitosis in spite of maintaining sound oral hygiene and in this case the bad breath is coming from the lungs rather than the mouth. This is often the result or smoking such things as cigarettes, cigars and pipes.  Apart from that stomach gases from strongly smelling foods such as onions and garlic are absorbed into the bloodstream where they are taken to the lungs and cause halitosis.
The solution to the smoking problem is simple: Quit smoking!
Bad breath caused from what we eat is only temporary and as such is not a significant problem.

Ban Prescribed Mind Drugs for Children !

Uncategorized No Comments »

Ritalin is one of the drugs prescribed for hyperactivity disorder known as ADHD.  It is a stimulant for the central nervous system more potent than caffeine but is being prescribed for its supposed calming effect on children.

The Internet has over one million posts on the side effects of Ritalin and other psychiatric drugs. For example, the recognized short term side effects of one of these drugs, are insomnia, disturbances of digestion, dizziness, headaches, skin irritations, weight loss, psychotic episodes, with severe depression upon withdrawal of the medication. Its predictable long term side effects can include malnutrition through loss of appetite, tremors, convulsions, headache, irregularities of heart and lungs, paranoia, hallucinations and sensory distortions.

We realize it is time to face these issues as now, as it is admitted by medical experts that medicine prescribed for certain mental symptoms is often the cause of intensification of the symptoms and is commonly associated with additional and often long term health problems.

Why do we ever allow this ‘medication’ to be given to our children? There is no logical explanation for a system of medication to endure that offers no real cure and has the effrontery to create additional diseases to the original symptoms and condition.

Many psychiatrists are working to address the over-prescribing of drugs for children. “In the area of child psychiatry in particular, we know much less than we should, and we desperately need research that is not influenced by industry money,” says Dr E. Fuller Torrey of the Stanley Medical Research Institute.

In Australia, too, the relationship between pharmaceutical companies and doctors is now being questioned increasingly.
